The European Commission is planning to present a new "circular economy" strategy late 2015.
It's an approach that seems to be gaining some traction. The Guardian has a portal for it, the Ellen MacArthur foundation focuses on it, the World Economic Forum has a project about it, and there's a dedicated website for it.
The idea makes sense for a stressed world.
